Our commitment

Regalapp is a gift-list application that allows users to create and share gift lists with friends and family. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users and we have zero tolerance towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

Prohibited content and conduct

Any content or behaviour that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited on Regalapp. This includes, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, and trafficking. Any such content or conduct will result in the immediate removal of the content and the termination of the offending account, and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Spanish law enforcement, where applicable.

Reporting / Cómo denunciar

Users can report any content, user or behaviour that raises child safety concerns by contacting us at yocuchi@gmail.com. Reports are reviewed promptly, and we take appropriate action, including removing content, terminating accounts and notifying the authorities.

Los usuarios pueden denunciar cualquier contenido, usuario o comportamiento que suponga un riesgo para la seguridad infantil escribiendo a yocuchi@gmail.com. Las denuncias se revisan con prontitud y se toman las medidas oportunas, incluida la retirada de contenido, el cierre de cuentas y la notificación a las autoridades.

Legal compliance

Regalapp complies with all applicable child safety laws, including reporting obligations, and cooperates with regional and national authorities in child safety matters.
